Payment Policy
Tour Fees:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
The remaining balance for all workshops must be paid in full 90 days before the workshop begins.
If you book a workshop within 60 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by check payable to Nature Exposed Tours.
A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Late payments will incur an additional fee. Currently, all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
If Nature Exposed Tours cancels a trip, refunds will be issued via check or can be applied as credit toward a future workshop.

Workshop Cancellations

Deposits:  are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot.  Your final payment(minus deposit) will be refunded in full if we receive your cancelation at least 90 days prior to the workshop start date.  Final Payment is non-refundable if you cancel within the 90 days of the trip start date.

Cancellations: Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC) reserves the right to cancel any workshop with fewer than 4 registrants.  In the event Nature Exposed Tours must cancel an event you will receive a full refund of tuition and deposit, or the option to apply the credit toward a future workshop or tour.  We require that you purchase trip insurance to safeguard your investment (airfare, hotel, tour, etc.) in the unfortunate event you are unable to attend a program due to emergency, illness or otherwise.  We are not responsible for any expenses incurred, such as airfare and lodging, when registering for a Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC) workshop or tour.

Transfers: If you wish to transfer your workshop registration to another person, please provide written notification with the new participant's name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. This can be sent by letter or email to [email protected]. Any transfer fees will be your responsibility.

Safety, Insurance, and Physical Fitness: Your safety is a priority, but participants are responsible for their own safety and accident insurance. Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC) is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Participants must be physically fit for activities that may occur in cold, wet, or windy conditions.

Rules and Regulations: Participants are expected to comply with all applicable rules and regulations governing the private, public, or government lands where the workshop is held. Respect for other participants, instructors, and service providers is required. Non-compliance may result in removal from the workshop or related activities without a refund.

Disputes and Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes related to this contract will be governed by the laws of Tarrant County, Texas, and will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

Schedules: The schedules for workshops, including subjects, events, and timings, are subject to change due to factors such as weather, logistical issues, or the health of participants or instructors. We will endeavor to provide equivalent photographic and instructional opportunities if any changes are necessary.

Model Release: By participating, you consent to the use of photographs of you or your property for promotional and advertising purposes by Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC) without any fee or compensation.

Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment. A suggested list of items will be provided, but it is merely a guideline and does not account for individual preferences or limitations due to health or resources. While we may have demo equipment available from manufacturers, we cannot guarantee its availability.

Indemnity: All tour participants agree to insure and hold Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC), affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners and/or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, which may include, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney fees, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to:

All tours are drug-free are not permitted AT ANY TIME WHILE ON THE TOUR. No one will be admitted who appears to be under the influence of any substance. They will be asked to vacate the tour and forfeit any remaining days of the tour.

Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC) will make every effort to ensure your safety and well-being while on the tour. Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC) is not responsible or liable for act that are out of its control, such as weather, itinerary changes, lighting conditions, road closure, forest fires, flooding etc. are hereby waived and held harmless from any incidents or accidents while on the tours Nature Exposed Tours (G4 Media Group LLC).
